British Virgin Islands Cruise
October 22 - 28, 2008

This will be a Bareboat cruise with a Rendezvous format. Although we will have some planned events we will be encouraging all to do some exploring as there are many more destinations than time to visit. We will put together a few recommended itineraries of the “Hot Spots” for consideration.

The most used air carrier is American; you can fly from Ft. Myers (stops at Miami, and San Juan), to the Beef Island Airport on Tortola, the capital of the BVI’s and the base for most of the charter boat companies. There are probably more options flying into St. Thomas in the US Virgins and either charter out of St. Thomas or take the ferry from Red Hook to Tortola.

We will have more details at the December Boaters Night but here are a few charter companies if you care to check out the boats:

Power Boats:

Virgin Traders, Nanny Cay Tortola

Moorings Power, Road Town Tortola

VIP Yacht Charters, St. Thomas

Trawlers In Paradise, St. Thomas

Sailboats:

Moorings, Road Town Tortola

Footloose, Road Town Tortola

Sunsail, Road Town Tortola
