Aboard the Crown Princess

Dates: January 25 to February 1, 2009

 Port of Departure: Ft. Lauderdale

On Sunday January 25th 2009 we will be taking a bus to Ft. Lauderdale and   boarding the Crown Princess.  The ports of call will be Princess Cay, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Grand Turk.  There will be 2 days at sea.  For more information on the cruise and the ship visit www.princess.com.

It is a cruise to relax and enjoy life aboard a ship or on a beach with a group of friends and neighbors.  Group activities will be planned but never required.

We are planning to get a group of balcony cabins together with balconies that can be connected.  Other cabin categories are available if desired. The exact cost depends on the number of participants and when booked, but should be under $1,200 per passenger including the bus transportation.  There will be a $500 per cabin refundable deposit required by Princess at the time of reservation.  Also, a $100 per person deposit to the cruise leader before the bus is reserved (more on that date later).  Final payment is due November 11th and at that point is non refundable.

We will be booking directly through the Princess Vacation Planning Dept.  They will monitor our group and keep us apprised of any promotions that would benefit our group and automatically give them to us.  We will get a rebate from Princess starting at 8 cabins.  This rebate will be used to offset the bus charter expense.  Anyone wishing to use a travel agent may do so, but they will not share in the  benefit of the rebate.  Due to bus capacity we are limited to 40 people, and to get cabins together we must book early so please make your reservations A.S.A.P.
